Your Team Works Hard.
Feed Them Like It.
Nashville's food truck catering for offices, company events, holiday parties, and the kind of employee appreciation that actually gets appreciated.
Ready to stop stressing about office food?
Tell us about your event and your personal event pro gets back to you within one business day. Custom quote, menu options, date availability. No commitment. No cold calls.
From the moment you fill out the form to the last fry served, you have one dedicated person managing your event. Not a ticketing system. Not an automated reply. A real human who knows your event, your preferences, and your timeline and answers the phone.
No preset packages you have to shoehorn your event into. Your event pro works with you to build a menu around your headcount, dietary considerations, budget, and vibe. Vegetarian? Done. Gluten-aware options? We've got you. Team that will riot if there are no Nashville hot wings? Absolutely covered.
We handle the truck positioning, setup, service flow, and breakdown. You tell us where to be and when. We handle everything else, including coordinating with your building management or venue if needed. The only thing you have to do is show up.
If we commit to a time, we are there. Not approximately there. Not "running a few minutes behind." There. We understand that a 12:00 PM office lunch that arrives at 12:35 PM is not a lunch. It's a morale event in the wrong direction. Our track record speaks for itself. Ask our clients.
The price you're quoted is the price you pay. No surprise fuel surcharges. No setup fees buried in the fine print. No "oh we forgot to mention" calls three days before your event. Your quote is your contract. We mean that.
We start at $14 per person with a $2,000 event minimum. From there, your final price depends on your headcount, menu selections, and event length. Your event pro will put together a custom quote once we know the details. No guessing, no ranges that mean nothing. A real number for your real event.
Once you are happy with your quote, we require a 50% deposit to hold your date. That deposit is what takes your event from on the calendar to locked in. The remaining balance is due before your event date. Until that deposit is collected, your date is still open to other bookings, so the sooner you move the better.
We get it. Things change. Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event date receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. We have already turned down other bookings for your date and started preparing for your event by that point. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, we will do our best to find a new date that works and apply your deposit toward it.
It happens all the time and we plan for it. Give us your best estimate when you book and let your event pro know if the number shifts as your date gets closer. We ask for a final headcount 72 hours before the event. If your count goes up after that, we will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee it. If your count drops significantly, your $2,000 minimum still applies.
The truck runs in most weather conditions. Rain does not stop us. What does matter is having a safe, accessible location for the truck to set up and serve. If severe weather makes your outdoor event genuinely unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule to the next available date and apply your deposit. We are not going to leave you stuck. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can sort it out together.
We need a flat, paved surface with enough clearance for the truck to pull in and park safely. A standard parking lot space works fine. We also need to know ahead of time if your location has any restrictions like a parking garage with height limits, a gated facility that needs advance access approval, or a venue with specific vendor rules. Tell your event pro about your location during the planning call and we will figure it out. We have set up in parking garages, rooftops, courtyards, and office campuses. We are pretty good at making it work.
Yes. Vegetarian options, gluten-aware preparations, and common allergen considerations are all part of the menu conversation we have before your event. We are a food truck kitchen so we cannot claim to be a dedicated allergen-free facility, and we will always be straight with you about that. But we take it seriously and we will make sure as many people on your team as possible can eat well.
The further out the better, especially around the holidays and during Nashville's busy event season. Two to three weeks is the minimum we need to do your event properly. Less than that and we may not be able to take it. If you have a tight timeline, reach out anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it happen. Do not wait until the week of.
Both. The food truck is our signature and it creates energy that tray delivery just cannot match. But if your venue does not have outdoor access or you need a fully indoor setup, we do full tray catering as well. Same food, same quality, different format. Tell us what your space looks like and we will tell you what makes the most sense.
We show up early, get set up before your guests arrive, and handle everything from service to breakdown. You do not need to manage us. Your event pro will confirm arrival time, setup location, and service window in advance so there are no surprises. When we are done, we clean up and get out of your way. The only thing we ask is that someone is reachable on-site in case we have a quick question during setup.
